A service is operational when it's meeting its uptime SLA with no known disruption. Partial disruption means a subset of functionality or one region is affected; outage means the service is fully down. Every state shown here updates live.
If Ringflow misses its contractual uptime SLA, affected accounts automatically receive service credits. Credits are calculated and applied without requiring a support ticket — you don't need to chase anything down.
